Founded to introduce new fashion and design creators to the market, Pandorga went from a selection of products in a charming house in Porto Alegre to curating content, events, fashion marketing and various actions to introduce new talents to the market, becoming a reference in innovation and fashion entrepreneurship with growth of more than 50% per year and management of more than 600 new designers in its trajectory. I went through all the stages of the business, I was a designer, manager, mentor, janitor and salesman.
